These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pharmacy Management Software provided by Papaya Coders Private Limited. By using our software or services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for your business operations only.
You may not resell, copy, modify, or distribute the software without permission.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
Ensuring correctness of data entered into the software
Following applicable laws regarding medicine sales
All business data (billing, stock, customer records, etc.) belongs to you.
We do not own, sell, share, or use your data for marketing purposes.
If cloud backup is enabled, your data is stored securely and may be restored upon request.
We provide:
Free guide for setup and usage
Software updates and feature improvements
Technical support as per availability and service plan
Paid service plans (if applicable) will be communicated as needed.
If your plan includes paid subscription, it must be renewed before expiry to avoid disruption of cloud features, premium modules, or reporting services.
No refunds are provided after activation, training, or setup completion.
We are not responsible for:
Loss caused due to incorrect data entered by users
Business losses due to internet issues, hardware failure, or user mismanagement
Any violation of medical/medicine selling laws by the user
We provide the software “as is” without any guarantee of uninterrupted service.
We reserve the right to suspend access:
If misuse or illegal usage is detected
If terms are violated
If payment for subscription is not renewed (for paid plans)
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the software indicates acceptance.
